For 4+ Months Baby, For Caretaker's and For Mothers

Who can attend starting solids class ?

Mothers or care givers of 4+ months baby upto 8+ months

Nutritional Bridge: Around 6 months, a baby’s iron stores begin to deplete. This class teaches you how to introduce iron-rich and nutrient-dense foods that complement breast milk or formula.

Developing Motor Skills: Transitioning to solids helps babies develop the “pincer grasp,” improves jaw strength, and enhances hand-eye coordination through self-feeding.

Digestive Maturity: We discuss how to introduce foods gradually to help the baby’s digestive system adapt to complex textures and flavors.

Building Healthy Habits: Early exposure to various tastes and textures reduces the chances of “picky eating” later in life.

Expert Guidance: You get 6 months of proven experience and practical knowledge tailored to real-world parenting challenges.

Safety First: I provide clear instructions on the difference between gagging and choking, ensuring you feel safe while your baby explores new foods.

Stress-Free Transition: No more confusion about “what to feed” or “how much to feed.” I provide structured meal plans and age-appropriate food charts.

Confidence as a Parent: My class empowers you to trust your instincts and understand your baby’s hunger and fullness cues.
