Once a participant confirms enrollment and completes the payment for a paid program or session, the registration is considered confirmed and a slot is reserved specifically for the participant.
Cancellation by Participant
If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must inform Jhansi Women Care in advance via phone call or message. Requests for cancellation and refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as:

- Whether the program or session has already commenced

Programs, awareness sessions, and support groups offered free of cost are not subject to refunds or cancellations.
